I took on the role of managing an Escrow office until 2010 when economic challenges necessitated its closure, stemming from the market downturn in 2008.
Following this, I pursued a different avenue, obtaining my Mortgage Loan Originator license. Assisting home buyers in securing the financial means to acquire their ideal homes became my focus. Subsequently, in 2017, I transitioned into Real Estate, driven by a desire to become more intimately involved in the home purchasing and listing processes. This shift enabled me to establish deeper connections with my clients and guide them effectively in identifying the perfect property or optimizing their returns on property sales.
Navigating the intricate closing process often presents various challenges. Having dealt with a wide array of situations throughout my career, I possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in every facet of the closing transaction. I am adept at swiftly addressing or circumventing obstacles, ensuring a seamless and less stressful experience for my clients from inception to completion.
My proficiency extends to handling properties on the brink of foreclosure or within bankruptcy scenarios. Since 2011, I have successfully modified and negotiated numerous short sale transactions, equipping me to guide you through any complex situation that may arise.
