Susan Gonzales

Susan started her pre real estate career utilizing the expertise of her mentor Aunt who had been an agent for over 50 years. Even though she was a full time teacher, Susan became an investor in residential properties before flipping houses was popular. When the market changed, she decided to keep the investment houses, become a landlord and obtain her own real estate license, more than 15 years ago.

Susan is very active with landlord and legislative issues.

Susan has a lot of availability, even evenings and weekends, because her children are grown!
